- Mod CP: staff get a Moderator Control Panel for reported posts, the mod queue and warnings.
- Appoint moderators:
Users & Groups → Manage Moderators, or add users to the Moderators group. - Reports: members can report posts; reports land in the Mod CP for review.
- Spam: turn on a CAPTCHA and registration controls under
Configuration → Settings → Spam and Registration.
Set clear forum rules and a registration agreement — both editable in the ACP under Configuration.
